30.01.2024Electronic direct delivery of copies as part of the interlibrary loan programme

From February onwards, articles that users of Heidelberg University Library order via interlibrary loan will mainly be made available electronically. The articles can be accessed via a download link, which will be sent to you by e-mail to the sender address noreply[at]bsz-bw.de. Please note that the downloads are available for 30 days. After this period, you will no longer be able to access the articles and we will no longer be able to do so. Please therefore keep your e-mail address in your library account up to date and regularly check your e-mails and, if necessary, your spam folder.

As not every library is participating in this new model, articles will continue to be made available as paper copies in exceptional cases. We have no influence on this.
